Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from MORANO, an India-based fragrance brand. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or leaked
  • An incorrect product has been delivered

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof of the issue

MORANO reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Products

The following cases are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with fragrance or personal preference
  • Used or partially used products
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Requests made without valid proof (unboxing video)

As perfumes are personal care and consumable items, strict hygiene standards prevent us from accepting general returns.


3. Refund Policy

Once a return request is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement product will be issued as the primary resolution
  • A refund will be processed only if a replacement is not available

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as follows:

  • Initiation within 5–7 business days of approval
  • Credit to original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To ensure efficient service and prevent misuse, the following terms apply to COD orders:

  • COD orders may require confirmation via call or WhatsApp before dispatch
  • MORANO reserves the right to cancel unverified COD orders

COD Handling Charges:
A nominal COD fee may be applied to applicable orders.

Order Refusal / Fake Orders:
If a customer refuses to accept a COD order without a valid reason:

  • MORANO reserves the right to restrict future COD orders for that customer
  • Future purchases may be allowed only on a prepaid basis

No refunds or compensation will be provided for orders refused at the time of delivery.


5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Damaged, defective, or leaked product
  • Incorrect product delivered

Exchange requests must meet all eligibility conditions mentioned above.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled

7. Return Request Process

To initiate a return or exchange request, customers must contact us at:

  • Clear images of the product
  • Mandatory unboxing video

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.


8. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to an error from our side (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), return shipping costs will be borne by MORANO
  • In all other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable

9. Important Notice

All MORANO products are classified as non-returnable personal care items. Returns and refunds are strictly limited to genuine and verified cases as outlined above.
