Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

3. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Free shipping (if applicable) or as shown at checkout
Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal COD handling fee may be applied

All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipping

COD orders may require confirmation via call or WhatsApp before dispatch
Unverified COD orders may be cancelled automatically

Important:

Please ensure availability at the delivery address
Repeated order refusals may lead to restriction of COD services for the customer

5. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery may be delayed due to:

High order volume
Weather conditions
Courier partner issues
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

MORANO is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will assist you in tracking your order.

6. Address & Delivery Issues

Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details
In case of incorrect address, we are not responsible for failed deliveries

If a package is returned due to:

Incorrect address
Customer unavailability
Refusal to accept delivery

Re-shipping charges may apply.
